All spaces were clean and we felt welcome since our arrival. The beds were very comfortable and the room was totally clean. A calm and relaxing time using the pools and the lake access. Good food and friendly staff.

In my opinion on the hotel it was very good stay however on paying for the buffet dinner one evening the quality of the food was very poor for the price.. overall it was a good stay I enjoyed a lot and will return in the future.

Hi. Everything super!!! Short way go to swim. Restorant have super food . I been 8 days and all time different food , Realy restaurant chef ????‍????. He is best!!

Definitely a perfect hotel, literally in everything, starting with the friendly and helpful receptionist up to the manageress, who willingly solved our big problem without delay, absolutely amazing kitchen, not only because they served excellent tasty food, but also the cheerful and friendly service in the dining room improved our appetite even more and so the visit to the dining room was a great, pleasant experience, and finally, I can't stop with the perfect service from the of the cleaning staff, whose workers were willing, kind and cleaned the entire apartment excellently. From repeated visits to Hungarian hotels and spas, we are used to the high level of these facilities - but Hotel SPA Hévíz pleasantly surprised us and we will definitely come back here - THANK YOU VERY MUCH to the entire staff for a fantastic stay.<br /> <br /> Tibor Rovny , Ruzena Durkovic from Slovakia

We had a lovely stay, our room was comfortable and very clean. The staff were helpful, and food good. The Spa is extensive with many treatments offered and of course it’s easy to walk to the lake to bathe.
